- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Experience with EMR software a plus.
- Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
