As a Field Service Engineer, you will be embedded on a client's facility for a dedicated mission of 12 to 18 months. Your primary responsibility will be to perform part of the Quality and Testing of new aseptic equipment at the plant.

Your Mission

  • Apply, Coach and Monitor Safety Requirements: Ensure compliance with plant-specific safety protocols, LOTO, GMP's, and HSES.
  • Identify Performance Improvement Opportunities: Analyze customer equipment, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance OEE in a sustainable way.
  • Support Sidel Trainer for Operators and Maintenance Staff: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of operators and maintenance staff.
  • Coach and Support Operational Activities: Provide guidance and support to operational teams during changeovers, line conversions, and other activities.
  • Support Maintenance Activities: Assist with CIL, SOP's, and other maintenance-related tasks.
  • Develop One-Point Lessons: Create and implement training programs to enhance the skills of operators and maintenance staff.
  • Coach Customers Staff for Production and Maintenance Operations: Provide guidance and support to operational teams during production and maintenance activities.
  • Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Activities: Assist with TPM-related tasks and initiatives.
  • Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on Site: Conduct RCA to identify and resolve issues affecting production and maintenance operations.
  • Use Sidel Data Acquisition System: Analyze data to identify short-term and long-term actions required on the line.
  • Provide Recommendations on Plant Spare Parts Operations: Analyze and provide recommendations on plant spare parts operations.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Associate Degree in Mechanic, Automation, Maintenance, or Mechatronics
  • Experience in the Beverage or Packaging Industry: Knowledge and experience in aseptic environments are essential.
  • 3 Years of Experience in Field and/or Plant Maintenance Activities
  • Technical Subject Matter Expertise on Mechanical, Automation, Electrical: Strong capacity to coach and train others.
  • Fluent Level of English: Spanish, Italian, and/or French is an advantage.
  • Availability to Travel: Ability to travel for training and other business-related activities.
