Position Overview
  • Work Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 6 AM to 6 PM, with rotating on-call duties and holiday shifts.
  • Unit Focus: Conduct routine ultrasound examinations for in-patients, out-patients, and emergency room patients.
  • Equipment Utilized: Siemens ultrasound machines.
Job Requirements
  • Licensing: A valid state license and required certifications must be current and available for submission.
  • Essential Skills: Proficiency in PACS; experience with portable ultrasounds and biopsies is preferred.
  • Required Ultrasound Procedures: General, abdomen, renal/pelvis.
  • Preferred Ultrasound Procedures: OB/GYN, amniocentesis, paracentesis, thoracentesis, ultrasound-guided biopsy/FNA.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
Additional Information
  • A valid driver's license or passport is required.
  • Only AHA certifications are accepted; RQI is permissible.
  • Verification of license must include expiration date and any disciplinary actions.
  • A medication test and pharmacology exam are mandatory.
  • Ishihara exam or equivalent online testing is required, with a minimum score of 100%.
