About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Alleset, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia. As a key member of our global manufacturing team, you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality, cost-effective consumable medical products that protect patients, healthcare providers, and surgical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Assembly Technician, you'll be responsible for assembling CORE (Clean Operating Room Environment) Room Turnaround Kits, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) regulations and guidelines. Your tasks will include:

  • Visually inspecting components for defects and reporting them to the supervisor or Quality department.
  • Assembling products in an efficient and accurate manner, using proper components and lot numbers.
  • Providing accurate and detailed counts of each medical kit's contents.
  • Working in a sterile environment, wearing appropriate PPE, and meeting daily production goals.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  • Assisting with the training of newly assigned Assemblers.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently or as a productive member of a team.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to follow directions and match like numbers.
  • The ability to keep up with required production rates.
  • A willingness to seek and gain further knowledge of components and the assembly process.
