Job Summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to handle Automobile Bodily Injury losses, including minor to high severity claims. The ideal candidate will have experience in investigating, evaluating, and negotiating commercial and personal automobile claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate motor vehicle accidents to determine coverage and liability
  • Maintain accurate reserves and manage loss adjustment expenses
  • Communicate with policyholders, agents, underwriters, and claims management
  • Complete large loss reports and retain expert vendors as necessary
  • Adhere to best practices and litigation management guidelines
Requirements
  • A college degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of five years auto casualty experience
  • Insurance designations (CPCU, AIC, etc.) are a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Litigation experience and in-depth knowledge of customer service techniques
