About the Job

This full-time position involves working on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with three openings available. Alternatively, you can opt for part-time work on 1st and 2nd shifts, with one opening available. As an LPN or LVN at Brookdale, you will be responsible for monitoring the care of residents according to their individual treatment plans, which are prescribed by physicians. You will also be required to document responses to these plans, ensuring that each resident receives the highest quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as directed by physicians and ensure that the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room are maintained.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Document patient progress and respond to changes in their condition.
