Advanced Worker is seeking a highly skilled Service Supervisor to lead our service team in providing top-notch repair, maintenance, and installation of wastewater treatment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized solutions to improve our partners' processes in impactful industries such as manufacturing, power generation, and food and beverage.
- Support customers during critical situations like downtime, equipment failure, and other key power plant issues, ensuring a champion-like product support and customer-centric approach.
- Oversee system analytics, complete installation/retrofits, and ensure high-quality expectations are met, with a forward-thinking and customer-first mentality.
- Supervise service technicians, manage employee productivity and quality, review attendance records, administer company policies, and prepare performance reviews.
- Coach and develop direct reports, provide assistance to both direct reports and fellow service technicians, and be aware of direct reports' schedules to ensure all service execution activity is accounted for.
- Ensure 100% execution of all booked service visits within territory responsibility, prepare quotes for renewals, and communicate with customers to add value to their contracts.
- Help refine parts support and availability, identify customer needs and expectations, and understand financial performance of the territory.
- Identify and pursue targets for instrument and equipment upgrade opportunities, work with the Sales Team and Service Managers to identify opportunities within the existing customer base, and provide product support for maintenance agreement customers.
- Review territory service reports for trends and advise the service, sales, and product support teams as needed, and help Service Managers prepare yearly territory plans and budgets.
- Develop strong corporate and plant-level customer partner relationships within the territory.
Requirements:
- Previous related leadership experience in industrial or related jobs.
- A two-year technical degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of relevant field experience working on equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electromechanical skills, including piping, tubing, analytics, etc.
- Adept written and verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- The ability to travel 2-3 days during the week to customer sites.
- Commitment to a safe working environment regardless of weather conditions and on-site procedures.
- A valid driver's license and a clean drug test.
