Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Medical Support Specialist to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. This role requires a high level of empathy, compassion, and dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.
In this position, you will work directly with patients, providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment. You will also be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, as well as educating them on kidney disease-related topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Patient Care: Provide one-on-one patient care to deliver safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
- Tech Duties: Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs and setting up hemodialysis machines.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on kidney disease-related topics and provide guidance on managing their condition.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Comfortable working around blood and needles
- Ability to work long hours (up to 12+ hours) on your feet
- Flexibility to work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
