About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Recovery Solutions. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in the restoration of competency for individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily individual sick calls and psycho-educational groups for mentally ill and IST patients, adhering to Department of State Hospital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Sheriff's Office and foster positive relationships between staff and Sheriff's Deputies/Officers, while actively participating in the development and updating of treatment plans in multi-disciplinary Treatment Team meetings.
  • Provide individual clinical contacts with patients to support psycho-social progress related to competency, utilizing various techniques such as cognitive-behavioral approaches and anger/anxiety management.
  • Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare plans, document all findings in patients' records, and facilitate group training and education sessions using creative and multimodal formats.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree with associated licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Associates Number with CA BBS or related discipline.
  • Preferred, one + years' experience as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC or related discipline.
  • LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (preferred) or Associates Number with CA BBS.
  • Must obtain and maintain security clearance throughout the course of employment.
  • Current (and must maintain) lifesaving BLS certification through AHA.
