About the Role

Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying software services that address IAM, Security, and Compliance needs unique to AFT's Fulfillment space.

You will collaborate with team members, SDMs, Principal Engineers, Program Managers, and Operations leaders to envision and develop solutions that delight our end-users. Your expertise in software development, design patterns, reliability, and scaling will be essential in delivering high-quality software for devices, services, and infrastructure components to ensure their security and compliance with industry standards.

As a Software Development Engineer on our team, you will engage with the developer community, advocating and helping with the adoption of IAM solutions that raise the security bar while sharing your knowledge of effective performance, scalability, architecture, and engineering patterns and methods.

Maintaining good documentation and disseminating it in a timely manner will be crucial in tracking progress and identifying any issues quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and deploy software services that address IAM, Security, and Compliance needs unique to AFT's Fulfillment space.
