Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Orthopedic Trauma team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing non-waived point of care testing, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Perform non-waived point of care testing duties and responsibilities within the scope of the assigned job and in accordance with all standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific. Please refer to the specific clinical unit.
- Please refer to the specific clinical unit for additional education, competencies and/or certification required as a condition of employment.
- BSN degree preferred.
- National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.
