At Northside Hospital, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and communities. As a Registered Professional Nurse in our Ortho Trauma department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission.
Responsibilities- Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
- Independently assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in orthopedic trauma care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific.
- BSN degree preferred.
- National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.
