Job Overview:

The Pro Shop Sales Attendant plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at the golf course. This position involves assisting patrons with various services and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage tee time bookings efficiently.
  2. Facilitate the rental of golf equipment.
  3. Coordinate the assignment of golf carts and tee times.
  4. Promote and sell merchandise available in the pro shop.
  5. Open and close the Pro Shop, ensuring security of the premises.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas.
  7. Engage with management regarding inventory and ordering of merchandise.
  8. Handle cash register operations, including daily cash outs and deposits.
  9. Provide assistance to customers as needed.
  10. Additional responsibilities may include overseeing club fitting services for trained individuals.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: No prior experience or formal education is required. A strong customer service orientation is essential, and knowledge of golf is advantageous.

Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations and the ability to calculate discounts and totals.
