Job Description

As a Data Strategist Specialist at FARM, you will play a crucial role in helping local and national clients grow their business by designing market research strategies, ensuring proper execution, and collaborating with the Research Director to develop and design research strategy based on existing client business problems and/or with new business team to address the business objectives and goals of a prospect.

The ideal candidate will have two-three years relevant experience and thorough and demonstrable knowledge in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies; exploratory and confirmatory approaches to research. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and IBM's SPSS, IBM SPSS Forecasting, IBM Text Analytics. Additionally, they must be able to think and react on the fly, creatively forge new research strategies, gather information in a method that supports subsequent analysis, compile actionable information in a manner that facilitates comprehension, and present research results to non-research audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Research Director to develop and design research strategy based on existing client business problems and/or with new business team to address the business objectives and goals of a prospect.
  • Interpret research findings, assist in developing written reports, and present research results and strategic recommendations to clients.
Requirements
  • Masters or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Two-three years relevant experience in research and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, SQL.
  • Strong understanding of statistical models and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
