Job Overview

TEKsystems' client is seeking an experienced IT Refresh Specialist to join their team in Lancaster, PA for a 6-month contract.

As an IT Refresh Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling refresh appointments with internal employees, imaging, deploying, transferring data, installing apps and performing hardware set-up and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule refresh appointments with internal employees
  • Imaging and deploying PCs
  • Transferring data using USMT
  • Installing apps and performing hardware set-up
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing your own work and scheduling refreshes/deployments directly with users
  • Familiarity with SCCM for imaging and USMT for data transfer
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse user base
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
