  • Promote Superior Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain a Positive Organizational Culture: Uphold the principles of the Spirit of Tlcn and the Core Values of ilani, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Interact with Guests: Consistently interact with guests, encouraging membership in Players Club and Momentum Card programs, rewarding patrons for play, and effectively handling questions and problems.
  • Process Transactions: Distribute monies to guests via Slot Ticket redemption, chip redemption, and check cashing, and process monetary transactions for other departments.
  • Ensure Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure that all transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner, maintaining the accountability of company funds in accordance with Internal Controls and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer input skills.
  • Money Handling Experience: Previous money handling experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods of time, push, pull, or lift 30 to 40 lbs.
  • Communication Skills: Must be capable of interacting with the public in a highly professional and positive manner.
  • Work Environment: Must be willing to work in a smoking environment and adhere to company health and safety measures.
