Job Summary

As a Supply Support Associate at Mass General Brigham, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient stocking and assessment of unit supply and equipment areas. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you will be working closely with the Materials Service Supervisor and other hospital staff to meet the needs of our patients and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

Stock and assess unit supply and equipment areas on a daily basis
Function as a customer service liaison between hospital staff and the Materials Service department
Collaborate with the Materials Service Supervisor to develop and implement inventory management strategies
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and supply requests
Provide exceptional customer service to hospital staff and patients

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or supply chain setting preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
