Certified Personal Care Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Certified Home Health Aide and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to patients in their homes, under the direction of a Registered Nurse or other healthcare professional.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Remind patients to take their medication and help them organize their medication.
- Monitor patients' overall health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.

What You'll Need- A current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
