Job Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse will:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and document patient data
  • Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care
  • Administer medications and provide patient education
  • Evaluate patient progress towards health goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Support and mentor nursing students and new staff
  • Adhere to safety protocols and standards of care
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure
  • At least one year of nursing experience
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice and accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
  • Two or more years of nursing experience in an acute care setting
  • Experience in Oncology nursing
  • National nursing certification
Physical Requirements:

Employees must be capable of performing tasks that include:

  • Standing and walking frequently
  • Lifting and carrying weights exceeding 100 lbs
  • Using personal protective equipment as required
