Job Title: Medical Exam Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Exam Scheduler to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Medical Exam Scheduler, you will play a critical role in supporting our Americas Regional Medical Team by managing and scheduling occupational health exams and medical referrals for our employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage medical examinations and referrals
  • Manage medical records and ensure confidentiality
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Provide administrative support to the Americas Regional Medical Team
  • Respond to inquiries and redirect as needed
  • Collate monthly medical/appointment statistics
  • Prepare reports and letters as required
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience in a health and medical or corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in scheduling, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics
