Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the right fit
- Building trusting relationships with potential hires
- Utilizing our Applicant Tracking System to post jobs, source qualified candidates, access their data, including resumes and contact information, and manage the screening, interview, and selection process
Required Skills and QualificationsQualifications:
- Experience with full cycle recruiting or a similar role and knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Positive, professional attitude
- Highly organized and focused
- Ability to understand different roles within the organization and coordinate with leadership to identify hiring needs
