About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our Investor Services team at Charles Schwab. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a critical role in building strong, personal relationships with our clients and delivering unparalleled value, excellent service, and a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist the Branch Manager and sales staff in meeting client needs and driving business growth.
  • Actively uncover and pursue additional business development opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Schedule clients with Associate Financial Consultants and/or Financial Consultants for further consultation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • A valid and active Series 7 license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment).
  • A valid and active Series 63 license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment).
  • Notary preferred.
  • Minimum 12 months in a client service industry.
  • Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs, and inquiries simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships.
