Facility Operations Manager

We take electronic recycling to the next level by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and making it accessible to those who need it most. Our clients include top companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, and Allbirds. We're seeking a seasoned Facility Operations Supervisor to lead our Inbound and Outbound teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Build, supervise, and mentor facility teams to foster a culture of empowerment, excellence, and loyalty.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Optimize layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Implement new systems and operational infrastructure to support growth and enhance efficiency.
- Drive multiple tasks with competing priorities, adapt to change, and take on new company initiatives with a positive attitude.
- Handle tough conversations with confidence, providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship to team members.
- Analyze KPIs, site metrics, and labor standards to develop actionable plans that drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety programs, including OSHA, DOT, and other compliance requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or supply chain (preferred, but not required).
- Knowledge of best practices in warehouse operations, including productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory management, and labor management.
- Experience with safety program compliance and warehouse ergonomics.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in developing and implementing performance standards and metrics.
- Strong experience in Inbound/Outbound logistics and transportation management.

The salary range for a Facility Operations Supervisor is $65,000-75,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors, including skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location.
