Job Summary

JLL is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services. We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Interpret and explain financial results and variances, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Operating Budget Management: Monitor and adhere to budgets, forecasts, and savings targets.
  • Capital Budget Development: Contribute to the development and adherence of capital budgets.
  • Financial Processes: Initiate or monitor financial processes such as PO creation, goods receipting, and UMLV reporting.
  • Operations Management: Monitor workflow, ensure timely completion, and meet customer satisfaction targets.
  • Talent Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, complete required training, and identify succession planning opportunities.
  • Client Service: Ensure effective communication, respond promptly to inquiries, and create required reporting and meeting notes.
Requirements
  • Estimated total compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD per year.
  • Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA, or San Leandro, CA.
