Position Title: Community Transport Operator (Full-Time, Non-Exempt)
Salary: Competitive Hourly Wage with Benefits
Primary Duties:
- Drive the community's transport vehicle following a predetermined schedule
- Perform Maintenance Team responsibilities during non-driving periods
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required
- Must uphold a clean driving history
Work Setting:
This position entails working in both indoor and outdoor environments throughout the property, including various amenities, with exposure to different weather conditions and outdoor elements.
Physical Requirements:
The role necessitates the capability to manage physical tasks, including lifting weights up to seventy-five (75) pounds, along with specific vision requirements pertinent to the job's duties.
Occasional local travel may be required for property support or training activities. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Team Leader as needed.
