Job Overview

The Kitchen Sanitation Specialist at Kisco Senior Living plays a crucial role in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of all culinary utensils and equipment utilized by the kitchen team. This position also involves supporting various food preparation tasks.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Thursday to Monday, 11:30 AM - 8 PM

Compensation: Starting at $21/hour

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Loading and unloading food service carts.
  • Collecting and delivering supplies and meals.
  • Washing and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
  • Assisting with food preparation tasks.
  • Supporting servers with dish clearing in the dining area.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the kitchen, storage areas, and other designated locations.
  • Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors and other specified areas as required.

Qualifications for Success:

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • 6-8 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
