AVI Foodsystems is seeking a highly motivated and organized leader to fill the role of Office Supervisor, Full-time. This position is a Monday through Friday, 7AM-3:30PM role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain vendor relationships and update contact information as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
  • Authorize petty cash disbursements and oversee data entry to guarantee accurate and timely stock, food, and pastry orders.
  • Supervise inter-office mail distribution to field personnel and order office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Assist in the recruiting, interviewing, and training of new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Greet visitors to the branch in a professional and informed manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Organize and prioritize maintenance calls to Mechanics, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Perform various clerical and administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Prepare reports and conduct research as requested to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to delegate and multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel to effectively manage administrative tasks.
  • Previous administrative and clerical experience, including office management, to provide a strong foundation for success.
