Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding members through the loan application process, ensuring a seamless experience from initiation to finalization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and assess residential loan application files to ensure completeness and compliance with institutional standards.
2. Engage with borrowers and third-party entities to collect necessary documentation.
3. Maintain accurate records of all communications within the loan origination system (LOS).
4. Submit applications for underwriting evaluation and communicate outcomes to borrowers.
5. Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and closing teams to enhance the borrower experience.
6. Verify income and information accuracy through employer contact and liaise with relevant companies for title and appraisal.
7. Ensure timely redisclosure of files in accordance with TRID regulations.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in mortgage processing or lending.
- Proficient in Conventional financing, FHA/VA, Home Equity Lines of Credit, and Home Equity fixed loans.
- Familiarity with AUS findings and TRID compliance.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
