Job Summary

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting patient assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in nephrology or dialysis nursing preferred, but not required.
