About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in an Acute Hospital setting. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the hospital staff to assess, troubleshoot, and make sound decisions for critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' needs
  • Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patients' responses
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where practicing
  • Experience in acute care or dialysis nursing
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with mandatory overtime
  • Physical ability to push/pull large dialysis machines
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hemodialysis nursing experience in an acute or chronic setting
  • Medical/surgical, ICU, CCU, and/or ER experience
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN), Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN), and/or Certified Hemodialysis Nurse (CHN)
