Position Overview:
Quala Inc. is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to enhance our service capabilities. This role provides a chance to leverage your expertise in a cutting-edge prototyping facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and upkeep on various equipment and machinery, including:
- CNC Machines (Daytron, Okuma, Haas)
- 3D printing devices
- General workshop tools and apparatus
- Assist with the installation of new machinery and modifications as required
- Coordinate specialized repairs for equipment
- Ensure a tidy, organized, and safe working environment.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician role or equivalent
- Proficient understanding of routine and preventive maintenance for machine shop tools
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Preferred experience with Daytron / Okuma CNC machinery maintenance
- Facility management experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly wage range of $46.00 based on experience and qualifications.
