About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Director to join our team at Paradise Valley Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for organizing and administering areas of clinical and patient care services to achieve the hospital's objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement hospital plans for providing nursing care, treatment, and clinical services to patients.
  • Participate in the facility's decision-making structures and processes, working closely with management, medical staff, and clinical leaders.
  • Implement an effective, ongoing program to measure, assess, and improve the quality of nursing care, treatment, and services delivered to patients.
Requirements
  • Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)-(AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • Minimum of 5 years Acute Care experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years previous Administrative experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $101,171.20 to $157,081.60 on an annualized basis.
