  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and design requirements.
  • Project Development & Maintenance: Participate in at least one full project development lifecycle or project maintenance, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
  • User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research, create service journey maps, and develop prototypes to validate and refine user interfaces. Ensure designs are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
  • QA & Testing: Manage the quality assurance process, coordinating with vendors to validate that solutions meet business and user requirements. Conduct testing to ensure a high standard of quality and usability.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Develop comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and wireframes, to support the development and testing processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Technical Skills:

  • UX Design Tools: Proficiency in using UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Analytical Tools: Experience with digital experience analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess user experience metrics and make data-driven design decisions.
  • Front-End Knowledge: Understanding of modern front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to effectively communicate design requirements to developers.
  • Version Control & Collaboration: Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., GitLab) for managing design assets and version control.

Preferred Skills:

  • Industry Best Practices: Up-to-date knowledge of product trends, UX best practices, and relevant technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, UX design, and project management.
  • Proven experience in conducting user research, journey mapping, and prototyping.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
