Your Role:

As an Event Assistant Trainee, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for bringing retail events to life in a way that captivates our target audience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Applying sales and marketing techniques to promote client information and drive brand exposure
  • Presenting in-office group settings and one-on-one at events, building strong rapport with clients and potential customers
  • Maintaining current relationships with clients and establishing new pipelines of business by learning demographics and market trends
  • Coaching, training, and developing others to achieve team success
  • Working hands-on to set up and organize event equipment, ensuring seamless execution
  • Tracking and recording inventory for multiple events, utilizing above-average math skills to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Customer service and/or hospitality experience can be beneficial
  • A positive attitude and ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Preemptive problem-solving skills and the ability to provide real-time solutions
