About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sporting Goods Trade-In Event Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing trade-in events throughout your region, ensuring a seamless experience for athletes and sports families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute trade-in events, including setup, event management, and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors to ensure successful events
  • Manage part-time staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Review reports and performance metrics to drive business results and maximize income
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership characteristics, such as team captain or project management experience
  • Nice to have: retail experience, customer service experience, event coordination
  • Valid driver's license
  • Availability to work on weekends
