Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ridgecrest, CA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in industrial engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production engineering. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting various weapons platforms for the US Navy.
- Demonstrating expertise in quality assurance and production processes.
- Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adapting to fast-paced project requirements.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in QA, production engineering, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance, which requires US Citizenship and a security investigation.
