About the Role

Gordon Food Service is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designate and monitor work orders for various systems, including hydraulics, electrical, HVAC, and conveyor systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
