Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain operation of system hardware and software through monitoring functionality and performing preventative maintenance.
  • Identify and report or resolve performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to internal and external customers by researching data on system and network related issues.
  • Respond to and resolve critical systems issues, such as system or hardware down.
  • Install, monitor, maintain, and repair system hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in an information systems related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6 months experience as a Walmart Logistics associate and 6 months experience using and maintaining computer applications.
  • 1 year experience in an information systems related field.
