Compensation Package

Job Description

This exciting opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment plans for clients, implement caregiver training programs for families of diverse backgrounds, complete progress reports as required, conduct initial assessments and reassessments, and develop individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based ABA treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with caregivers and family members to provide comprehensive support and training
  • Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments to ensure effective treatment outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and report findings as necessary
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory
  • Dedication to working with children, parents, and other professionals is essential
