Our client is dedicated to fostering a positive environmental impact through the provision of sustainable offerings that contribute to a greener future. We are in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable Sustainable Category / Products Manager to become a vital part of our innovative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development of team members
- Engagement and Targeting of customers
- Management of Sales Relationships
- Marketing and Promotion of sustainable products
- Conducting Market Analysis and Reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- A strong passion for sustainability and a mission-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in selling sustainable products, with a proven record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- In-depth understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively training and inspiring a sales team.
- Proven capability to establish and nurture relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
