This position will be based in our corporate office and will report directly to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and communication abilities, ensuring a high level of service and support to our Strategic Market Areas.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer business planning and forecasting analysis.
  • Evaluate monthly and annual financial performance.
  • Conduct detailed analyses as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with Corporate and Operations teams, as well as external consultants and accounting professionals.
  • Oversee our planning system, IBM Planning Analytics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with IBM Planning Analytics and Oracle is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements.
