Job Summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a skilled Elevator Worker to join our team at our grain facility in Miller, SD. As an Elevator Worker, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks or railcars, operating a grain dryer, and performing general housekeeping duties. If you have a strong commitment to safety and are able to meet the physical demands of the position, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks or railcars
  • Operate a grain dryer
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning equipment and buildings
  • Assist operations personnel and supervisors as needed
  • Travel to neighboring facilities to assist as needed

Requirements
  • Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, including prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, and lifting up to 55 lbs.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Previous experience operating a computer and in maintenance-related disciplines is preferred
