Medicare Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Corporate Claims team as a Medicare Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations and guidelines, as well as providing support to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for all aspects of projects through completion, including processes, services, and products.
- Coordinates activities of the team and identifies needed resources.
- Develops schedules to ensure timely completion and sets deadlines and assigns responsibilities.
- Monitors and summarizes progress of the project and ensures effective implementation.
- Ensures optimum utilization of resources and management of budgetary targets to meet goals.
- Effectively communicates to project team members and stakeholders.
- Participates in negotiations and documents specifications and scope.
- Responsible for completing projects on time, within budget, and according to project specifications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
- Generally, 5 or more years of related experience.
