**Responsibilities:**
  • Manage the entire construction project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with construction professionals to determine project specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.

**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Construction Manager.
  • Project management certification is preferred.
