About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our assigned areas.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities to the highest standards
  • Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
  • Notify management of any minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and management
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required, with on-the-job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • Customer service experience and 1 year of similar work experience preferred
