As a seasoned Sales Manager, you will champion new and existing clients across North America while leading revenue-generating sales strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive lead generation efforts and new business opportunities, identifying and targeting decision-makers within the commercial and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with corporate goals and advances overall business objectives.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Own the proposal development and response process, including detailed requirements, content creation, and input from internal stakeholders.
  • Track sales activities, customer interactions, and results while providing regular performance reports in CRM.
  • Leverage regional sales forecasting and analysis data to inform industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a demanding sales role with a track record of executing winning sales strategies and exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience with document management solutions or related industries and an existing book of business are a significant plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, spanning face-to-face visits, phone and virtual meetings, email exchanges, and all other forms of business interaction.
  • Negotiation skills with the natural ability to connect and deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy proficiency with the full MS Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach, capable of working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team or independently.
