Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Self Regional Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing multi-company bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll data for multiple companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly and annual tax filings, including Federal, State, and Local tax returns and unemployment filings.
  • Manage yearend activities, including W-2 creation and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State wage and hour laws, staying up-to-date on changes and regulations.
  • Communicate with employees and management regarding payroll-related issues and concerns.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Payroll Specialist team, including training and mentoring.
  • Perform data entry and reconciliation for employee expense reimbursements and vendor payments.
  • Prepare and review reports, including deduction reports and tax reconciliation reports.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; 2 years' experience in payroll preferred.
  • Experience with UKG Pro and Kronos timekeeping software preferred.
  • Fundamentals Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
