As a Product Owner 2 Agile, you will lead agile software delivery processes to build and enhance strategic capabilities in support of strategic business roadmaps. You will be accountable for delivering business value from the development and execution of Westfield's strategic capability roadmaps.

You will ensure that the strategic capability and user experiences are meeting the needs of customers across our business segments through direct user experience research, tight collaboration with key stakeholders, and analysis of user data.

You will utilize internal and external user experience and design resources to continually improve the user experience for the capability.

As a lead business representative, you will provide the Agile team with a clear depiction of the business value for the scope of work being developed in the program increment, have content authority within the team, establish user story priorities, and work directly with the Scrum to resolve any issue.

You will engage internal audiences, and current customer partners, to enable adoption of the strategic capabilities, and help to lead a strong change management effort to drive usage.

You will adopt a design-thinking approach to product development, using customer-centric thinking and user experience research to identify new capabilities or enhancements to current capabilities.

You will serve as a guardian and champion for the company's vision and brand identities.

You will travel as needed in order to perform other essential functions.

Agile discipline

~ Adjusts communication content and style to meet need of diverse audience.

Excellent analytical skills including tracking, monitoring, collecting and analyzing data and identifying trends.

Proficient use of various core systems, office and computer equipment and software packages.

Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience.

Physical essential functions:

ability to work 40 hours in an office environment (sitting, standing, on a computer, etc.), operate office related technology (computer, phone, etc.), travel as required.
