- Clean and maintain the facility while adhering to all company policy and industry regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure production work is performed accurately.
- Measure ingredients and products accurately to meet optimal production levels.
- Perform preventive and general maintenance tasks on production equipment and tools.
- Weigh and store finished products, recording pertinent information in logs.
- Accountable for weighing, labeling, packaging, and product logging for accurate inventory control.
- Responsible for loading and unloading designated equipment, products, and materials.
- Responsible for proper use and maintenance of designated equipment.
- Process finished product to desired company standards.
- Maintain supplies and inventory levels.
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the work area.
- Transport packaged product to the proper storage area before distribution.
- Ensure all safety and compliance regulations are followed.
- Work in a focused, quick, and efficient manner consistent with company standards.
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
- Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED); Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and TGS Global.
- Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to individually move objects up to 50 lbs in all directions.
- Knowledge of Colorado marijuana laws, MED regulations, and CDPHE requirements.
- Previous marijuana industry experience preferred with priority given to candidates with experience in CO licensed facilities.
- Retail, operations, and/or sales experience a plus.
- Minimum of one-year retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service industry experience.
- High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
