Job Responsibilities:

The Electromechanical Assembly Technician is responsible for performing medium-level electronic and electromechanical subassembly and assembly tasks. This role operates under general supervision and holds a degree of accountability for the quality of work produced.

Key Duties Include:

  • Understanding and applying ESD controls, epoxy mixing, bonding, painting, and basic assembly techniques.
  • Intermediate skills in harness and PCB assembly, advanced heat shrinking, and lacing cord.
  • Performing masking, de-masking, basic heat shrink, wire winding, and basic lacing cord tasks.
  • Utilizing humiseal (dunk/spray), spray painting, epoxy application, bonding, and labeling/ink marking.
  • Completing more specific assembly tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
